Joseph Beuys

In December 2015 we  celebrated the life and work of Joseph Beuys. 

Ex- St. John’s and Bompas & Parr chef Olivia Bennett and her cousin Daisy Bennett a student at Leiths School of Food and Wine, developed a range of dishes inspired by Beuys’s own use of food in his artwork; taking your palate and eyes through a Beuysian exploration for the evening.

Artist and shaman, Matthew Stone will guide guests through this journey uncovering the life and work of Beuys through music, performance, and recordings of conversations with one of Beuys’s assistants, Louwrien Wijers.
