Night Runner

Night Runner is a play about a British man (Pastor Justin Long) who inherits a ‘spiritual’ disorder from a Kenyan father he has never known. After the 2011 London Riots, he and his Jamaican mother leave the sanctuary of middle class life in East Sussex to open a church on a working class street in the heart of Peckham (south London). What starts out as a mission to heal a broken neighborhood is slowly transformed into a fight for survival for Mother & Son. What will he do to overcome a problem older than Christianity itself? What will she do to keep the church from dissolving?

Written & Directed by Spoken Word Artist HKB FiNN

Starring Nathaniel-Antonio Lloyd (plus a small cast)
