Graveyard of Ideas

Graveyard of Ideas

Event date: September 7, 2020 - October 10, 2020 Export event

‘Graveyard of Ideas’ is a virtual space dedicated to the harnessing of failures. It is a project that explores which kind of possibilities would be unlocked if the failure was not considered as a barrier but actually, as a window into values that we’d prefer to live by.

Using conversation as a form of mixed media, the group has curated and installed a lexicon of words and phrases that people associate with failures, designing eulogies and tombstones for unrealized projects/plans.

The group has built a website that tries to consolidate experiences and at the same time, invite other guests to have an experience of feasting with failure. We hope you can find your way around: there’s some breathing, some reflection, some glitching, some tombstones, and just some other stuff.
