On Wednesday 8th March The Artist Dining Room supper club is back to celebrate International Women’s Day. For this very special occasion, Guest Projects will commemorate the life and work of the three internationally celebrated female photographers - Francesca Woodman, Cindy Sherman and Nan Goldin.

The supper club will celebrate their most iconic works and honour their influence and contribution to the visual arts.

For this night only Guest Projects will be joining creative forces with Chef and Food Stylist Olivia Bennett from Tentacle Eatery, and performance artist and SheZine Founder and Editor Diana Chire to bring you an exciting and immersive evening of performance and role play.

More than just a feast for the palate, the supper will be a feast for the eyes, ears and imagination. Guests will indulge in an exquisite 3-course menu offering a kaleidoscope of flavours and textures. Performing as a retrospective encounter, each plate will be dedicated to each artist and individually tailored to expose styles, themes and narratives within their work.

Guest Chef: Olivia Bennett of Tentacle Eatery

Food & Still-Life artist Olivia Bennett works fluidly across mediums with clients and artists based in the UK and Internationally. Using a sculptural approach with ingredients she creates playful and conceptual imagery informed by colour and texture.

In 2014 Olivia founded Tentacle Eatery which begun as a convivial pop-up from her riverside studio in London. The proximity of water created a starting point to focus on seafood and fish recipes. Inspired by her travels and experience cooking in the London restaurants Viajante and St John’s Smithfield, Olivia enjoys combining bold flavours and design to create sensually playful and beautifully unique dining experiences.

Originally inspired by the title of Frida Kahlo’s painting ‘What the Water Gave Me’ 1938 - Tentacle Eatery uses the best seasonal produce. All seafood and fish is sourced straight from Billingsgate Fish Market to create dishes that are both texturally evocative and packed with flavour.
